As the creator and owner of all photographs, GVP Studios retains full copyright to all images taken unless a separate contract is in place. Copyright ownership will only be transferred, in whole or in part, to the client upon receipt of full payment and execution of an agreement that explicitly grants the client the necessary rights to use the images. Without a signed contract and payment, the photographer retains all rights to the images, including the right to use them for promotional, portfolio, and commercial purposes.

Clients are granted a license to use the images only as specified in the contract and are not permitted to modify, distribute, or use the images outside the scope of the agreed-upon terms. Unauthorized use of the images outside these parameters may result in legal action.
