How to Prepare for your Senior or Grad Session

What to Bring

Most of our Senior sessions begin at our studio on 21st and P Street, and then finish outdoors in our courtyard, around our Midtown neighborhood, or at a second location (for full sessions).

    1. Professional look: White button-up shirt, or solid colored top with a blazer or jacket

    2. Clean and Classic: Solid-colored top

    3. Fun: Bold, light, or bright-colored top (patterned or solid). Tip: Google or Pinterest can help you find colors that complement your eyes, hair, and skin tone.

    4. Full-body: For full-body photos, bring coordinating pants and shoes, or a dress.

    5. University or Activity Theme: Bring swag for your future plans, or something to celebrate the activities from your education journey, or something representing your interests or hobbies

    6. Accessories like jewelry, footwear, and props are welcome.

  • Pro Tip: Take it out of the packaging, steam it, and let it hang for at least a few days to let out the wrinkles 

  • If you have inspiration photos from what you like, feel free to send them beforehand via email or text, or bring photos on your phone or a Pinterest board on the day of.
