The Process to Book our Services
Consult Call or Meeting
Check your date for availability, then schedule a 15-minute consult call to see if we are a match. Request a meeting in-studio to view album and wall artwork samples.
Contract & Retainer
Once we determine the right fit for your coverage, a contract will be emailed, and a box to submit 25% payment will retain our services will pop up. You’re officially booked!
Plan with Purpose
A portal with questionnaires and planning resources will be sent to you. At six weeks out from your event, a meeting will be scheduled over zoom, the phone, or in-person to go over every detail, answer questions, and build the photo shot list of your dreams.

how many hours do I need covered in a wedding day?Check out our blog post on how to estimate how much time you may need covered, or schedule a quick call. We will ask all of the questions that we need to give you a good starting point.
what is needed to book?You will first need to check availability for your date, then schedule a consult call, and if we both feel like it’s a good fit, we would send you a reservation link that will product a contract, and a link to pay 25% of your fee as a retainer for the date.
do I need a photographer who has shot at my venue?It is not that important to hire a photographer who frequently works at your venue. It doesn’t hurt, but we photograph at new locations all the time, and it’s more about lighting and posing expertise than it is about the location.
